Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay RM3,000 within fourteen (14) days of invoice. Late payments may incur penalties.
Timeline
Project begins 1 March 2025 and will be completed within four (4) weeks, subject to timely client feedback.
Ownership
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for all completed work.
Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to resolve disputes through mutual negotiation before legal action.
